A charming book, another Kipper story by Mike Inkpen. Kipper finds a soggy balloon which turns out to be a huge blue balloon. There is a large folded paper which the child can open and aawwe they will be impressed!
Pros: Nice little story and children love Kipper. You get a lot of merchandise as well if you want to splash.
Cons: Another Kipper story, does not grip the child for a long time like the classics.
